Most of us have suffered wounds from the past, which seem to follow us forwards in time. This is because we have not taken the time to pause and understand them, and we worry about them.
By holding questions about your past situations, life seeks to answer you with situations that potentially offer you answers. You may call this a pattern of abuse, however, life being neutral is merely answering your inquiries, such as why me.
You call forth similar situations by focusing on these conditions in your thoughts and awareness. Surely, you must understand the truth of what you speak. As you realize this truth, you next response is that you are done with this repetition. Therefore, instead of asking more questions about your past, you seek to create a present time filled with joy and peace.
We expect you have expected the worst at sometime in your life, and life has delivered your expectations flawlessly. Do you see within these examples the depth of your power is directing the scene.
Emotional healing does not mean dwelling upon the wounds of life, it means looking at life through unwound eyes. You need to unravel yourself from the grips of past wounds so that you can experience the freedom that you seek. Many a time you stay in past situations, hunting for a reason or even looking for revenge. You need to rise above such temptations.
Your true inner self is unwound and fully confident in living a peaceful life so that you can benefit from it. Healing means revealing that which is already there, what you decided to set your heart upon must be followed through. If you seek validation, you will receive it; if you seek confirmation of your inner strength and willpower, you will also find peace.Healing is your commitment to revealing your inner truth. You can heal your past emotional scars by casting them aside, and going head first into a new direction. This is one of your inner strengths and it translates into opportunities to help you though adversities.
Emotional healing is about taking better care of your physical body as well as your inner self. Emotional healing stems from your decisions to commit. When you commit and decide a purpose, you naturally create new avenues. You also eradicate anything that stands in the way.
Through emotional healing, you will heal your body, your life and your mind. Try it for yourself and you will find that opportunities rush to meet you. Healing as I have explained is more accurately referred to as revealing the truth behind this principle.

“心灵运动”与 "瑜伽饮食科学观”之间的关系
我基于个人兴趣在已往多年致力推动有关环保及生机饮食方面的活动，自2003年起办“3天2夜回归自然之旅”住宿在马国森州的生态有机农场度假村，目的是让更多人通过该活动认识自己的健康，播一些“自我康复”的种子于每位参加者的心中，希望那些还未搭上“自我康复列车”的朋友们，有幸有那么的一天当外在因缘俱足下能够一起为自己的健康负责任。
“素食”只是一个起步，也是维持“身”的健康其中一种方法。一个人的整体健康是建立在多方面如：“身、心、灵”，其中缺一不可。放眼望去，大多开始有注意起健康们的朋友们，多只专注于如何“吃”的健康或有机，往往忽略了“运动”。现今社会对健康的意识也逐渐提升，可以看到坊间有越来越多的身体养生运动如：瑜伽、太极、气功等等都不断在推广，“身体”的运动固然搬起重要的角色维持个人良好健康，可是有多少人意识到“心灵”的运动也如斯重要呢？
什么是“心灵运动”？
身体的不舒服会通过不同的方式告诉我们，比如：慢性/急性疼痛、轻微刺痛、麻痛、烧灼般的感觉反应在我们的身体某部位，这都是一些重要的讯息你的身体尝试利用神经系统的反应作用传达一些你对身体所忽略的关爱。若从另外一个角度来看，以“心”来观察入微的话，深度进入“静心”状态，身体上的病痛往往源自于个人的“心”的状态，例如：个人情绪如何对来自周遭（工作、家庭、社交压力）所做出的反应。负面的情绪反应很多是源自儿时或多生多世所遗留下来的现世或过去世创伤，这些障碍会不断地重复发生在情绪层面上，进而发展成身体上的慢性或急性文明病。一个人想致力于重拾个人健康，首先必须从“饮食”著手（也就是 ‘选对的食物给对的身体’，这是初步提升“身体”的能量），包括吃有机食物（以生机饮食法准备食物、少盐、少油、谢绝味精（MSG）等），这一切只是维持“身体”迈向健康的粗糙能量。身体的锻练如上所诉的养生运动，是准备好让身体慢慢进入“心”的状态。若我们能配合养生运动以外学会锻炼我们的“心”，我们的健康将会获益不浅。何以如此呢? 坊间“静心”的法门多的不胜数，重点是如何帮助个人提升“精细”能量，转而改善个人身体上的病痛呢？我们的心灵好比我们的身体般也需要一些运动，也就是所谓的“心灵运动”。
许多人尝试以各种不同的“静心法门”让跳跃不定的脑子慢慢平静回到“心”的源头，往往操之过急，心反而更乱无法集中。饮食的选择是首要决定身体能量的“高/低”或以灵性角度称为“精细/粗糙”能量，静心先要从饮食开始，选择“素食”可让低能量的身体逐渐提升，再加上不断的体能锻炼如瑜伽、气功等，将有助能量朝向更“精细”的层面发展。一般人对“素食”的概念比较模糊，殊不知食物的种类与能量有莫大的关系，选择“悦性”食物为粮食将带给身心灵无限的悦性能量，静心也特别容易进入平静状态，若对食物的性质不了解而选择了“惰性”食物，不管您花多少时间在静心上，您的心就是无法集中而涣散不已。
下一回我们一起来以“瑜伽饮食科学观”的角度，进一步的探讨如何选择对的食物给对的身心灵。

Many Entities Not Yet Decided Which Way To Go
They will either become more spiritual inclined, or more materialistically inclined and much of what you are seeing in society today is part of this separation, or the opportunities whereby entities may choose to go with the merchants of death, and entities will choose to go with the promoters of life. But many entities have not decided yet; they have both good and bad qualities and there are some who are being tempted to go toward the drugs, to go towards the violence, to go toward profit through death and destruction, and they may make their choice to go in that direction.
Others may choose to give up anything in that direction and move toward service and consideration and concern for those who need greater life enhancement, and they may go away from the negative toward the light, toward helping and serving others. This Awareness indicates that as time progresses the division between these two extremes will become more clear, more polarized, so that when indeed the split occur, those who go toward the dark material practice will be well defined in in that direction and those who go into the higher dimension and spiritual creation will be really defined in their direction.
This Awareness indicates those who still, even at that time remain near the center, will be torn and have circumstances whereby they decide quickly which way they will go, and they will choose and they will make their choice to go toward light or toward darkness.
The Separation of the Wheat From the Chaff
In other words, the more spiritual aspect will be essentially an action in a higher dimension, an action of creation in a higher frequency or vibrational level that is dimensionally higher than what has been previously. This will be equated to that term which has been spoken of in the bible as the separation of the wheat from the chaff.
The spiritually evolved entities will leave into a more spiritual evolved energy world or creation, while the unevolved entities will tend to go back to the materialistic terrestrial and unevolved levels of matter. This Awareness indicates that it is a though there are two types of entities: those who promoting life and the spiritual way; those who are merchants of death, whose occupations help to bring death of create death through destruction, through efforts to destroy, through war, violence and activities that lead to death.
Entities of this type will move into a lower Dimension
The drug dealers, the warriors, those who slaughter, slay and destroy everything living, whether it be plant, animal or human, and those entities, merchants of death, will go toward a dead and dying planet, whereas the living part of the earth, the life force of earth, the aura of the earth which sustains and gives life on earth, will tend to pull away from the material earth and rise into another dimension, carrying with it the souls and spirits of entities who have been known as promoters of life.
These entities will move into a Higher Dimension
Those who serve one another for the good of all, those who help heal each other, those who promote joy and harmony, those who encourage spiritual growth, those who exude love towards life, towards one another, those entities will separate and move with that aura of the earth as it goes into a higher dimension.
It will appear to them that nothing has changed; that they are still in the same form, except the world will be a much better place in which to live. This Awareness indicates those who stuck with the dead and dying program, those merchants of death, will go with the more gross materialistic energies of the earth as it drops into its darker mode and they will find themselves caught in a world without much spiritual light, and perhaps vague memories of a time when things were different, when there were good people in the world.
This Awareness indicates it would be comparable to, for example, a world in which the people are much like those found in the movie Mad Max, or Read Warrior movies that showed a time in the future, when civilization has essentially destroyed and there is nothing left but people fighting over the remnants of energies, of goods, and of properties and a willingness by these entities to destroy anyone that gets in their way.
A World Like a Living Hell
A world of this kind would be more or less a living hell compared to what entities enjoy at present. This Awareness indicates that if you can imagine the good people taken into a higher dimension and leaving those merchants of death to inherit the lower aspects of the earth, materially, this is a kind of separation that entities can expect in the year 2013.

(Part 1 of 2) THE APOCALYPSE IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

This Awareness indicates it appears that many changes are in store for the earth, but it does not appear that an apocalypse of the kind foretold by prophets or old or recent times is imminent. There may be certain sections or areas in which apocalyptic events may occur in a limited form. It appears that there can be earth quakes. There can be still wars. There can be famine; but these are seen as isolated events, and not of global or universal to all human.
Gross Human Body Will Change by Year 2012
The human race is seen as that which endures through these coming years and that the year of 2012 and 2013 may seen the end of the human body as you presently know it in a physical sense, but it will also be the beginning of a higher vibrational body, a body that is much more spiritual and etheric in nature, but one that has the same or similar appearance and allows for similar feelings, perhaps more sensitive than the more gross material body that will change.
Those With Gross Material Values May Not Adjust
Therefore, the changes that occur will be changes into a higher frequency type of body. It is not apocalypse, but a blessing for humanity; but it may be there will occur certain unpleasant experiences for some entities as they move through the transition. This Awareness indicates that this will be especially difficult for those entities with extremely gross material values, unable to adjust to the higher frequencies.
Entities with extremely heavy karma, entities depending on drugs, or involved with crime may find it more difficult to adjust to the changes, especially as the higher refined bodies develop greater psychic powers that allow more insight, so that these lower unevolved beings cannot function as well because everyone can see their negativities, their motives, even their thoughts.
This Awareness indicates that essentially, as humans evolve into the next dimension, those who are unable to allow may lag behind in a lower reflection of material reality and the entities may find themselves being shifted onto another planet, wherein the frequencies are not so high. The entities would of course desire this, because the increased frequencies actually would cause them suffering and pain, if they are unable to adjust.

"Are YOU Ready for 2012"
Many scientists believe humanity is about to make an evolutionary leap forward because of the energy of our increasingly active sun. But how does the sun impact on the earth's magnetic field and on our psyches? Or on our political and economic systems? And what does this have to do with the 2012 predictions of the Mayas and of Christianity? Should we really start to get ready for a new era, and if so, how? (Extracted from here)
There are so many information spread widely through mass media inclusive the movie named as “2012” (Directed by: Roland Emmerich), which further illustrates that by the year 2012, it will be the end of the world as many predicted calamities and catastrophes will continuously happen in different part of the world.

Look at the repeated floods happened recently (respectively in June & July’10) in our country. Due to the climate change globally, consecutive heavy downpour by Typhoon Conson have brought in more rain than before, which caused a flash floods at some unexpected areas such as Orchard, a shopping paradise and housing estate such as Bukit Timah.
Geographically, Singapore's climate is classified as equatorial with no true distinct seasons but affected by monsoon seasons which happen twice each year. The first one is the Northeast Monsoon which occurs from December to early March. The second is the Southeast Monsoon season which occurs from June to September. Periods between monsoon seasons receive less rain and wind. In conclusion, from March till May/June is considered as Dry Season in Singapore, but please look at the current climate now, the so called Dry Season is replaced by heavy downpours with flash floods that I think most of us are unacceptable.
You may want to ask me , “How 2012 is related to all these incidents?” Diana Cooper, a therapist, healer and author of A New Light on Angels, who written a book called “2012 And Beyond – An Invitation to Meet the Challenges & Opportunities Ahead”. She explained that the recurring of calamities and catastrophes in different part of the world is the process of transformation and ascension that our Mother Earth (ie. In the past recent years, our planet has already begun to release the chaotic energy through what you seen as calamities, and it is time for us as human being to be responsible to release our negative energy in a more proper and guidance way.
There are so many ancient prophecies and predictions foretell that the world will end on December 21, 2012. Yet, as this date approaches most of us do not know where we are headed or why we are here. Therefore, discover your deeper soul purpose and prepare for the important choice of 2012 is important at this point of time, you can either (i) continue on the path of destruction or (ii) ascend to the new spiritual realm? This all rely on your self-consciousness which will bring you either towards an Ascension Awareness or continue to live in Density consciousness.
Density consciousness within us has blocked our clarity and connection to the Higher-Self (Divine Guidance). Healthy diet - Vegetarian choice(like consumption of organic produce/products), and some practices which elevate our energy level (through New Age /Ancient practice like Angelic Guidance, visualisation, Emotional Release, yoga exercise, yogi diet, meditation, chakra cleansing & etc) are equally important to maintain a high energy level within our physical body, in order to prepare ourselves for the ascension. As we are holding onto the density energies without properly processing and releasing them, they manifest tumors, depression, illness and other diseases of the physical body needlessly.
So, as time flies in blinks and 2012 is approaching, the question is “Are YOU Ready for 2012?”

What are Angels, Guides and Guardian Angels?

According to New Age experts, there is a difference between angels, spirit guides and guardian angels.
In recent years, more and more people have been turning to New Age concepts such as spirit guides and guardian angels. According to a study published in 2008, half of Americans believe in angels. However, people’s beliefs and ideas about what angels are, what they do and where they come from may differ. Here’s a brief description of angels and spirit guides.
What are Angels and Archangels?
According to Doreen Virtue, a well-known angel expert, angels are beings of light and love; they are messengers of God. Dr Virtue believes that within the angelic realm, there is a hierarchy of angels with each order of angels fulfilling important but varying roles. Some of the different types of angels are said to include archangels, angels, cherubim and seraphim.
Archangels are believed to be a higher order of angels. Doreen Virtue's books contain incredible detail about the functions, auras and even the personalities of the archangels. Many religious texts also make reference to angels and archangels. The more commonly known archangels are Michael, Gabriel and Raphael and they all have specific jobs to do, such as protection, healing, inspiring creativity etc.
Guardian angels are closest to human beings. According to Doreen Virtue, all humans have at least two guardian angels. Their main role is to protect and guide people through life’s ups and downs.

Spiritual healers believe that spirit guides have lived previous lives and they have strong bonds with their human charges as a result of having known them in at least one previous life. Spirit guides could also be deceased relatives, guiding and protecting people from the spirit world.

你相信天使的存在吗？

很久以前，也许在童年时候，或许我会相信天使的存在。儿时印象中的天使，是那么的纯真、无邪，总是在人们面对困境时施于助手的天使。这些假想往往都出现在儿时的童话故事里，当时的我对此乐而不疲相信他们的存在。
当人渐渐长大迈入青春期，无忧无虑的童年生活渐行渐远，天使的神话已是不符合成长中的环境，更免谈质疑他们的存在与否。直至活到二十多岁时，来到人生的十字路口，迷惑中的我问自己该走那一条路，是不是像一般人只为三餐温饱而生活奔波，或尽早找一个避风港安定生活？
好友听了我的内心困扰后，建议我不妨见一见这位来自澳洲的CHANTI女士，一个拥有灵通能力与你的守护天使沟通的灵疗师（HEALER）。那是我第一次，也是我唯一的一次接触到新时代（NEW AGE）另类灵媒。从见面到整个对谈过程是如此的轻松，也提供了一些很重要的线索需要我在灵性方面多下点功夫，这有助于让我的人生使命更快实现。
三十岁转眼就快到的当儿，我决定在那时重拾书本回返校园，可是这一切都发生在国外-新加坡。就这样三年的读书生涯，让我体会到跨国科技集团如何利用教育制度培育了一班 “生财”生力军，只有单一方向的训练，惟有直线思考才有办法混下去。我毕业离开了培训我三年的学校，投入社会大学开始了一般人的朝九晚五的打工生涯。
第一份工作不如人意，只呆了近一年就决定离开，心里总觉得冥冥中自有安排。在开始物色适合自己的工作机会当儿，我都会观想我要的工作环境、上司和同事间的良好工作关系。往往自己渴望想要的工作，都在面试成功后，工作了几个月后发现真的都符合个人当初心中要求的条件。直到最近有幸读到一些有关天使的书籍，才光然大悟原来一直有守护天使/天使们在旁协助，还有一些其它看不到的天使与大自然精灵，只要我们向他们提出需要他们的援助，他们都非常乐意提供帮助，让我们更顺利地达到我们的目的，只要我们的要求不为过或伤害到他人。
接下来的几年，辗转间，也换了几份工作，心里时而总会回想我是不是该回到当初对自己的承诺，去实践我的个人生命目标。我深信每个人投生于这大千世界中，自有其必须完成的生命目标/课题（LIFE PURPOSE/ LIFE LESSONS）。问题是有多少人会忆起自己曾与守护天使在未降世与地球前的协议呢？每一次的投生，将有助于个人的灵性（神性/佛性）成长，可惜的是我们若忘记该学习的课题，这一切将会带到下一世，让我们不断地重覆面对该课题直到我们忆起为止而学习克服。
今年元旦假期间，机缘巧合下，有幸与几位灵性好友重聚, 其中一位是从事新时代灵疗 - 光工作者（NEW AGE HEALER – LIGHTWORKER）对此还多年从不言倦。有幸相遇，就让他替我以COLOR READING 彩色平衡油（请看上图）去分析我的人生吧!

Learning Unconditional Love In a Conditional World

Tough playing fields produce strong warriors. Spiritual warriors who cultivate their heart and wisdom in spite of terrible odds and outside forces conspiring against them inspire our hearts. In the modern world we have, among others, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and Mother Teresa as examples. The benevolence of Spirit knows that ultimately all will find their way home to the Divine. The Light within cannot be destroyed; however, it can often be disregarded.
To aid those who are awakening to their Divine Source, masters incarnate here from time to time to help us remember the way home. Great Light-bearers such as Abraham, Moses, Jesus the Christ, Mohammad, Babaji, Buddha, Lao Tzu, and many others have appeared on Earth to fan the flames of awakening. These masters remind us to seek a deeper understanding of Self than the veil has to offer.
Dogma was inevitable on a planet shrouded under veils of illusion. Belief patterns resulting in dogma began innocently as an effort to assist others in finding their way. The followers of the masters created dogmatic belief systems that became the accepted means of teaching the masters’ works. It has been stated that it was not the intention of the Buddha to create Buddhists, and the same may be said for other great masters. The religions were created later. All dogma turns into a restrictive interpretation that becomes an externalization. Once a person accepts an externalized truth as “the way,” that soul has disconnected from its Inner Source, and will be entrenched in density, the playground of dogma.
Your ability to break free from this restrictive energy is contingent upon your direct mystical understanding. Without your direct connection, dependency upon an intermediary occurs. The pattern of disconnect or externalization will prevent you from finding the Bliss of Direct Communion.
Intermediaries, or wisdom holders, often support a system of hierarchy that generates a self-perpetuating system of separation. In many cases, religion has become a coping mechanism for the masses. It provides a sense of community and, for the most part, a direction, while quietly expecting that every member of the congregation will fall short of true Divine Expression. If you believe that you require help, then you are easily manipulated because you are judging yourself as deficient. If you believe that the answers lie outside yourself, then you will be held captive by those who claim to hold the mysteries in their secret chambers.
The modern mystic requires only one thing: Self-trust. The doors of knowledge have swung wide open! The secrets are revealed! For example: Tibetan Buddhism, once very reclusive and secretive, has swept across the planet, in part due to the constriction of Tibet by the Chinese. Other spiritual teachings as well are now available to all –the Truth cannot be available to only the few. Yet, out of habit, most people now look to a new authority for interpretation of Truth!
The guru has become a New Age author, charismatic minister, or a self-help authority. This transference may open you to some new information, but it will keep you ever one step removed from Source. Begin to trust yourself; it is at that point when you can claim your Divine Authority. You are a Master…You are the Guru!
The vibrational level of the planet offers energetic support for you to recognize Truth and reconnect with your soul’s knowing. Until you open to your Divine channel within, the only empowerment you will experience from most external gurus is that of a spiritualized ego.
The ego will gladly pirate away your spiritual growth, for the ego seeks control. The ego is a pirate and a master of deception and disguise. For now, just understand that a true teacher is one who cultivates your freedom, not your dependency!
A true teacher will help you develop Self-trust, and nourish you inner knowing. A true teacher celebrates your growth, champions your freedoms, and above all models this gift through their own life expression, not just through their words.
You know you are on the right path when you outgrow several teachers along the way! You will know you are on the right path when your inner life offers greater peace than anything in the outer world.

从恐惧走向爱

热情就是生命的感受、愉悦以及风味。为了拥有热情、为了完整感觉到爱，你们须连结自身的情绪。现在，我并不是说理性不好。你们不论怎样都是绝对完美的，然而你们所要真心致力的是头脑与情绪的平衡。

真实、信任、热情
真实、信任、热情（Truth, Trust, Passion）这三位一体，将爱的疗愈落实在个人身上。如果你们将这三位一体整合到自身生活所有面向的话，你们所做出的选择会将你们带进平衡与完满当中。这是爱的基础，你们可以将其看作是一个三脚圆凳，如果有一支脚比较短，那圆凳不会站得很稳；如果某支脚过短的话，圆凳就会翻倒。这就是我们非常强调三位一体的原因。
真实
真实就是所有实相藉其向外延展的本质。它不仅是个字词，还代表对生命如何运作的完全了解。没有所谓一半的真理、渗水的真理，或是最棒的真理之一、小小的善意谎言。我会这么说，是因为当你们开始有著一直保持真实的经验时，就会不喜欢听到非真实事物的感觉。你们有多少次说了个谎之后，还得再想出更多的谎来掩饰它呢？当你们开始走上那条完整真实的道路时，请相信我，是不会回头的。
最重要的真理之一即是对自己的爱，亦即对自己真实。你们通常对自己是真实的，因为你们的本质即是造物者的本质， 即无条件的爱。在你们的社会当中，你们被教以要助人、爱人，但没被教导要爱自己。如果你们以爱浇灌自己，你们的爱将会满溢到能够与他人分享。最该爱的就是你们自己。
每个人都需要爱。如果你们没有对自己的爱，就会去别处找，通常会用外在的事物来代替，像是酒精与药物，而更常见的是自X或X人。当你们在自身生活中接受完整的真实，会清楚地看到真实的确就是爱自己。
信任
信任
为了要完全了解信任，你们必须了解知晓（knowing）的力量，它是由处在自身真实之中而来的。为了与信任密切合作，你必须了解它是发生在比你们可能会愿意去经验的层次还要更加深入的地方。信任不只是个字词，它是一种共振。 不管是在个人亲密关系或生意往来，都适用同样的原则。信任的感受一旦建立，正常来说就绝对不让它受到其他事物的影响。 一旦信任的本质得以确保，就会形成新的实相，因为你们开始从相对于恐惧的爱的状态中，做出自己的决定。
当你们发觉信任已是自身日常生活的一部分时，你们可以说是开始移向更高层次。当你们接受从自身直觉X 发出的信任时，那么成长本身将成为信任这股直觉的艺术。
热情
热情

婴儿是热情的，他们有著当下最为纯粹的感受。他们不带评断，因为他们多半都活在完美的世界。当世界不完美时，婴儿毫不迟疑地让每个人知道，他们的世界主要是由感受组成的。当他们的信任或真实受到考验时，会毫不迟疑地调整自身感受。只有在经过多年的外来老旧观念的灌输之后，才放弃童年的天真，并且依照他人对自己的眼光来做决定。
通常你们因著过往伤痛而阻绝自己的感受。请信任所有发生的事情，包括伤痛，都是完美的、都跟自己的高我所计划的一模一样。信任你的高我想要你去经验那所谓的“伤痛”，藉此穿越它并学习到信任、原谅以及爱。然后你会在更深的层次了解这些概念。你可续而释放掉一些内在的愤怒，并容许自己能重新经验到自身感受。
通常你们因为害怕别人会怎么想，而不表达自身的真实感受，也许你们害怕自己会被他人评断。请容许自己不带评断地去表达所有好或不好的感受。如果你们感到沮丧，就容许自己去感受那样的状态，因为这就是人生的一部分。放下那种 “我不应该这样感受”的评断。如果你们不去阻挡自身感受，你们将会感受到沮丧的各种深度。情绪以它们各自的形式流过你们而被释放掉。若以自怜或“为何是我？”而卡在自己的情绪中，会形成阻碍。如果你们压抑某种特定情绪，它会留在你们这里，因为它无法以自己的方式流过去而释放掉。
如果你们经验到某种情绪，请晓得不论经验到的是什么都是完美的。信任这就是你的高我为你的成长而选择来经验的，并且这情绪终究会依自己的方式流过去而被释放掉。你们会感到清爽，因为情绪以自己的方式流过去没被阻挡。而且当你们容许自己感觉负面的情绪，会有著更多的活力来感受正面的情绪。这就是感受热情的方式，就是X 开自己心X 的方式。
热情是关乎以真实的目的来做每件事。如果你们无法放进热情，无法把那股感受放进某件事的话，就别做。“我无法时时刻刻都有热情。”你们或许会这么说。当然你们可以的！“在每件事上看到光”的要点即是热情。
